At Arabian Galleria, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all perfume purchases are final.
No Return & No Refund
Perfumes and fragrances are classified as personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products. For the safety and protection of all customers, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Returns and refunds are not available because:
- Perfumes are personal-use products and cannot be resold once delivered.
- We cannot verify whether a fragrance has been used, tested, or tampered with after delivery.
- Returning opened or used fragrance products may compromise product quality, authenticity, and hygiene standards.
- Fragrance preferences and performance may vary from person to person and are subjective in nature.
Therefore, all sales made through Arabian Galleria are final.
Damaged Product Claims
If a product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, customers must:
- Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.
- Provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged product.
- Email the unboxing video along with clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging to arabiangalleria123@gmail.com.
Claims without a proper unboxing video or submitted after 1 hour of delivery will not be considered.
After verification, Arabian Galleria may provide a replacement for the damaged product at its sole discretion. No refund will be issued in any case.
